Intramural Eligibility Guidelines

• Must be a current student, faculty, or staff at USC-Columbia
• Spouses may play if they have a valid Spouse ID card
• All participants must bring their valid USC ID to every game
• All participants must sign-in on score sheet & sign waiver
• If any faculty/staff/spouse participants are competing in a sport that takes place in the Strom Thurmond Wellness and Fitness Center, they must contact the Intramural Office prior to the season in order to gain special access for their games.

Intramural Participation Guidelines

• All participants must follow the guidelines discussed in the captains' manual [pdf]
• Intramural Sports staff reserves the right to put into effect any rules or guidelines that it deems necessary. An attempt will be made to notify all participants and teams of such change in a timely fashion.

• Free Agency - Want to play, but you don't have a full team? Sign up here as a Free Agent and we will do our best to find you a team. Please note, this does not guarantee you a spot in the league. It is always best to sign up as a team to guarantee yourself a spot.
• Participant Evaluation - We want your feedback! Do you have an experience you want to tell us about? We want to hear about it. Fill out this form and let us know. The more information you give us, the more likely we will be able to help out. Thanks!
• Waivers -Under 18?? Fill this out! All students who desire to participate in Intramural Sports must sign a Waiver of Liability Form. This is typically done at your first game. However, if you are under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver to provide the necessary consent. Please complete this waiver and have your parent sign it on the appropriate line. When completed, this form may be returned in person or via FAX to the Intramural Sports Office, at 803-576-9370.
