*Happy Hour- The style of this Friday evening class changes every week.  Class may be a fusion of formats we already offer or may be a specialty class like partner strength, an 80’s routine, Latin aerobics and more.  Check the Happy Hour schedule to find out who’s teaching what each week.  (All Fitness Levels)

 
Cardio
 

Advanced Step- A high-energy workout designed for the advanced stepper; requires a solid base of step choreography. (Intermediate/Advanced)

Cardio Circuit- NEW! After warming up, get 25 - 30 minutes of cardio with a simple but challenging circuit style workout. (All Fitness Levels).

Cardio Combo- This class combines at least 2 different cardio styles: hi-lo aerobics, basic step, kickboxing and/or cardio intervals. Sculpting exercises may also be integrated throughout the class. (All Fitness Levels)

Dance Remix- Dance your way through a workout that may include hi-lo aerobics, hip-hop, modern, jazz and classic dance moves from history. Teaching and dance styles will vary based on the unique experience of the instructors. No dance experience is required.  (All Fitness Levels)

Kickboxing - An intense workout that combines punching and kicking drills with cardio intervals and strength training exercises. (All Fitness Levels)

Power Kick - A high energy, choreographed kickboxing routine that will progress throughout the semester. (Intermediate/Advanced)

Step - A high-energy workout incorporating a variety of creative combinations and patterns on a step platform. (All Fitness Levels)

Step & Box - This class includes basic step patterns, step intervals and kickboxing techniques for an awesome total body workout. (All Fitness Levels)

Step Basics- Learn the fundamentals of step training while getting a great cardio workout. Class difficulty and content will progress throughout the semester. (Beginner/Intermediate)

Step Surprise -Anything goes in this step class….step circuits, double step, mixing cardio styles and more!  A solid base of step choreography is beneficial. (Intermediate/Advanced)

Upper Cut -Jab, cross, hook, upper-cut…punch your way through a 35 minute cardio class where calories are burned and your upper body gets toned.  (All Fitness Levels)

 
Cardio & Sculpting
 

30/20/10 - Target all the components of fitness in one class: 30 minutes cardio, 20 sculpting and 10 minutes flexibility. (All Fitness Levels)

BOSU-fit - Use the BOSU Balance Trainer to add dynamic balance and core challenges to a workout that includes a variety of cardio and strength segments.  (Intermediate/Advanced)

F/S Cardio Sculpt - A workout - combining cardio and sculpting - especially for faculty/staff.  (All Fitness Levels)

Kick-N-Tone - This class combines the best of cardio kickboxing with toning and abdominal exercises. (All Fitness Levels)

Get Fit- Wondering how you can begin to set and achieve your fitness goals? New to the group exercise setting?  Then this class is for you!  You will be exposed to a variety of class styles, all aimed at improving your overall level of fitness. (Beginner/Intermediate)

Step & Sculpt - This class includes step patterns and intervals followed by sculpting exercises. (All Fitness Levels)

 
Conditioning
 
Boot Camp- Complex choreography is replaced with conditioning drills, strength training circuits, cardio intervals and obstacle courses; a variety of equipment will be included such as jump ropes, BOSU's, medicine balls and more. (Intermediate/Advanced)
 
Indoor Cycling
 

Cycle - A class with varying speeds, resistance levels and intensities that you can tailor to meet your personal goals and needs. Cycling is a great way to raise your heart rate and tone your lower body. *Newcomers should plan to arrive early to be fitted to their cycle* (All Fitness Levels)

Cycle 30/20/10 - This cycle class is broken up into 3 sections: 30 minutes on the cycle, 20 minutes of abs/sculpting, 10 minutes of flexibility training. *Newcomers should plan to arrive early to be fitted to their cycle* (All Fitness Levels)

Cycle Fusion- Class begins with 35-40 minute ride, followed by a yoga-inspired segment that focuses on flexibility and relaxation.  *Newcomers should plan to arrive early to be fitted to their cycle

Easy Rider - An 35 minute indoor cycling class which is great for beginners or for anyone looking for an express workout. *Newcomers should plan to arrive early to be fitted to their cycle.* (All Fitness Levels)

 
Mind / Body
 

Pilates/Pilates Express - A mat-based class designed to strengthen your core from the inside out. Other benefits include flexibility, coordination and agility. (All Fitness Levels)

Relaxation YogaA 35 to 45 minute yoga session focusing on relaxation of body, mind and spirit.  Teaching styles vary based on the unique experiences of the instructor.  (All Fitness Levels) 

Power Yoga- A physically challenging yoga class developed to build strength, flexibility, stamina and peace of mind. Teaching styles vary based on the unique experiences of the instructors. (Intermediate/Advanced)

Yoga- Stretch, strengthen and renew with a yoga practice suitable for beginning or continuing participants. Teaching styles vary based on the unique experiences of the instructors. (All Fitness Levels)

Yoga-Tone - A blend of vinyasa yoga, core training and toning exercises. Teaching styles vary based on the unique experiences of the instructor.  (All Fitness Levels)

 
Sculpting
 

Abs- This 25 minute class focuses on strengthening and stabilizing your abdominals, obliques and lower back muscles; work your body to the core. (All Fitness Levels)

Arms & Abs - An express sculpting workout for your arms & abs. (All Fitness Levels)

Core Sculpt - This sculpting class will incorporate the stability ball, medicine ball and/or BOSU for an additional challenge to your core strength and balance. (Intermediate/Advanced)

F/S Sculpting- A sculpting workout especially for faculty/staff. (All fitness levels)

Pi-Abs - A 30 minute abdominal workout with a Pilates twist. (Intermediate/Advanced)

Sculpting- Improve your muscular strength and endurance while using a wide variety of equipment such as weights, body bars, resistance bands and medicine balls. (All Fitness Levels)

Sculpt Express - Improve your muscular strength and endurance; this 45 minute sculpting class focuses on challenging multiple muscle groups at once.  (All Fitness Levels)

 
Water
 

Hydro-fit - Jump in the pool for a non-impact workout that focuses on cardiovascular and strength training. Flotation belts are provided for deep water.(All Fitness Levels)
