The primary goal of the Fitness Programs available at USC is to enhance the lifelong fitness pursuits of the USC community. A variety of activities are available to all USC students, faculty and staff, from weight training to group exercise sessions. There is time for fitness in everyone's life, and Campus Recreation strives to provide great places to stay healthy and fit. We look forward to serving the USC Campus community throughout the year.
